We are capable of accepting bookings with a minimum of one month's notice, though we also accept bookings up to a year in advance.
For wedding packages with one or two camera operators, we can accommodate double bookings in a day.
We cover weddings in the United Kingdom and worldwide. However, travel and accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of the client for weddings outside the UK. Within the UK, an overnight stay will be required for events taking place more than 3 hours from our base in Wolverhampton.
Our equipment consists of high-end professional cinema filming gear, including Sony A7Siii, FX3, FX30 and a range of lenses, RS gimbals and tripods, video lights, DJI drones, clip mics, and multiple audio recorders/mixer for high-quality sound.
A discounted hourly rate of £100 will be offered. More information on our terms and conditions will be provided upon booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. The balance payment is due one month prior to the wedding, and flexible interest-free instalment payment plans are available.
Will you be the main videographer on the day?
Paubuk Multimedia will be the only videographer vendor for the event unless agreed upon beforehand. No other videographers or semi-professional photographers are allowed to obstruct or interfere with the official videographer during formal sessions. Guests can take photos and videos, but the client must ensure that they do not interfere with the duties of Paubuk Multimedia.
Once you sign a contract with Paubuk Multimedia Services, the consultation for your wedding will begin. During this consultation, we will go over the details of your wedding, including the desired film style, location visitation, and any other relevant information. You may choose to meet with us in person or virtually to ask any questions you may have before the ceremony.
We always ensure to have a backup camera and record on two SD cards during the ceremony. After each part of the ceremony, we take a backup of the footage on our storage cloud and an external hard drive. We then securely save the used card and use fresh ones to continue the recording.
We arrived at the designated time as instructed. Package contract hours also start upon arrival.
Yes, MCs are reminded to include this in their welcoming announcements and mention it during dance entrances.
If you have a preference for background music in your project or ceremony final edit, you can request it and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we may advise you if there are any issues with your choice in terms of tempo or quality. If you don't make a request, we will choose the appropriate music for you.
Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we cannot fulfil music requests for social media posts. Instead, we will choose appropriate background music or instrumental tracks that suit the video highlights or trailer.
We reserve the right to use our client's video on our social media platforms and website. This is solely to promote and market our services, by creating exhibition showreels and collaborations. Unless there are extreme circumstances such as family disputes, religion, or government requests, we will not welcome objections to this.
